Refund policy

Each BE HER piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other ordering errors. Please review the size guide and your order details carefully before completing purchase. 

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo's of the issue. We'll review it and work with you to make it right. 

 

ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order enter production, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
